SHIPPING & PROCESSING
• All Shipping within Domestic USA is Free (YES!)
• Most Non-Custom orders ship within 4-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING)• Custom orders can take longer, depending on proof approval.
• Tracking is always provided to you the moment your order ships.
• Domestic USA: 3-5 business days (This changes during busy seasons)
• Canada: 7-10 business days or sooner
• Europe and International: 10-21 business days or sooner

Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping carrier. These times vary and increase during busy holiday seasons.
We follow all Carrier shipping timeframes and are not responsible for carrier delays that may occur that are outside of our control.
Holiday deadlines
Please order by Dec 9. latest to have your order shipped on time to reach by Christmas. Orders placed after December 9 may still reach but we cannot guarantee it.
Although we try our best to meet deadlines, production can get delayed and shipping issues are not in our control. In case your package gets delayed in transit, we cannot be responsible for it. We do try our best to replace lost packages but delays due to shipping carriers, is not in our control.
We do look at each case and will work with you closely to monitor rare shipping issues. Please remember, we are on your side and really work with our customers to make sure you are happy.
