I want to personalize my maps, Can you help?

That's what we love doing! With some exceptions, all our maps have options to add personalization, and we change Text and colors for free. (Some exceptions may apply).

What we can personalize:

• Add Your Names (4-5 names)
• The Legend For Pinning
• Add Quotes and headlines (2-3 lines)
• Custom Colors to match the decor

All for FREE 

Do you send proofs for me to see?

If you have made custom and personalization requests, we ALWAYS send proofs in your inbox to approve, within 3-4 business days. We don’t limit the rounds of edits and will always accommodate reasonable change requests. For non custom orders, we start production after 24 hours, after the order is placed.

*IMPORTANT:
Approval of proofs is very important for the order to move into production.

If you want personalization and don't see an option, please get in touch before placing the order, or immediately after placing the order. We move fast, especially during The Holidays and any changes needed, must be communicated immediately. Once the order has shipped, we won't be able to accept returns.

I made an error with my order. Can you fix it?

Any error made, must be communicated immediately. We will try our best to work with you. However, if your order has shipped, we won't be able to accept returns, unless it arrives damaged. 

Do you sell only Framed maps?

Oh no, We sell Prints, Posters, Foam mounted Maps, Gallery Wrapped Push Pin Boards and of course our popular Framed maps.
Our Map Finish options are:
• Poster only
• Mounted on Slim Foam- Needs framing by you or your local framer
• Gallery Wrapped 1.5-inch deep Canvas with Foam underneath- Ready-to-hang, No frames needed.
• Archival paper on Foam and Framed, Ready-to-hang.

What is the Largest map size you carry?

Our largest FRAMED map is a grand 40X60 Inches and ships in a crate to get to you safe and sound. We are super proud of our minimal damage track record and super happy customers.

SHIPPING & PROCESSING:

• All Shipping within Domestic USA is Free (NO exceptions!)
• Most orders ship within 4-5 business days, depending on custom orders.
• Tracking is always provided to you the moment your order ships.

What is your processing and shipping time?

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, if you have not requested any changes or custom work, it takes 3-5 business days in production plus shipping time. Custom orders can take 1-2 days longer, We move fast! :)

Estimated shipping times
• Domestic USA: 4-7 business days or sooner
• Canada: 7-10 business days or sooner
• Europe and International: 10-21 business days or sooner

We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method you choose and the complexity of your custom order. These times vary during busy holiday seasons.

What Shipping Method do you use?

We use different Shipping carriers. USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL are the most frequently used companies.

Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes! We have customers all across the world. International Shipping Takes longer than domestic and it is hard to give an exact number of days.

Customs and Import taxes for International Buyers:
International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

Do you offer Rush Shipping?

In many cases, we can speed up your order. Please contact us with any questions.

Can I cancel or change orders?

If you want to cancel your order and are within the cancellation time of 24 hours we will happily refund 100% of your order. We move fast with orders so please do get in touch as soon as possible for us to cancel your order. If you need changes to an order, please get i touch with us within 24 hours. 

What is your Return Policy?

Since we are an environmentally-conscious business, we do not hold inventory. Each of our products is custom printed per order so we do not accept returns unless it arrives damaged. We will then require proof with photograph to see the damage. If there was an error on our part, we gladly refund or replace items for free.

We especially do not accept the return of personalized and custom products unless they arrived damaged or there was an error from our side.

This includes EU orders. EU buyers cannot return orders that are custom made for them. 
HOW TO RETURN:
– Please get in touch with us within 2 days of receiving the order.
– Please place the item back in the original packaging and return. 
– Once we get the item, and it is intact, we will offer a full refund.
Please note: The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.
We need to be notified of any issue within 2 days of receiving the order.

Where are your products designed and made?

All designs are original to our studio in Pennsylvania, USA. We do not buy stock pictures or stock maps and print in mass. Each Map is meticulously designed and styled by owner and designer Ankita Kejariwal and a small team of cartographers. 

All our products are proudly made in America, with the help of carefully chosen printers and vendors.

Where do your products ship from?

We have partnered with a few boutique framers across the country to help us with our production needs. Your products may ship from any of these locations in the west or east coast. We are 100% USA based and all products are proudly made in the USA.
