I want to personalize my order. Can you help?
That's what we love doing! With some exceptions, all our products have options to add personalization, and we personalize for free. (Some exceptions may apply).
I made an error with my order. Can you fix it?
Any error made, must be communicated within 24 hours. We will do our best to work with you.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING:
• All Shipping within the USA is Free (NO exceptions!)
• Most orders ship within 3-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING), depending on the order.
• Tracking is always provided to you the moment your order ships.
What is your processing and shipping time?
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, 3-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING). Custom orders can take 1-2 additional days.
Estimated shipping times
• Domestic USA: 4-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING)
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the complexity of your custom order. These times vary during busy holiday seasons.
What Shipping Method do you use?
We use different Shipping carriers. USPS, UPS, FedEx, GLS and DHL are the most frequently used companies.

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. If you wish to return your item, we accept returns within 7 days of receiving your order.

Free Returns on standard items within 7 days.

Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Custom Orders: Please note that custom, personalized orders are non-returnable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, we will gladly replace it for free.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) within 7 business days.

Where do your products ship from?
To guarantee the highest quality and fastest transit times, we partner with a select group of boutique printers across the country. Your artwork will be handcrafted and shipped from our specialized hubs on either the East or West Coast. World Vibe Studio is 100% USA-based, and we are committed to absolute transparency: every product we offer is proudly made right here in the USA.
Holiday deadlines
Although we try our best to meet deadlines, shipping issues are not in our control. In case your package gets delayed in transit, we cannot be responsible for it. We do try our best to replace lost packages but delays due to shipping carriers, is not in our control.
We do look at each case and will work with you closely to monitor rare shipping issues. Please remember, we are on your side and really work with our customers to make sure you are happy.
