I want to personalize my maps, Can you help?
That's what we love doing! With some exceptions, all our maps have options to add personalization, and we personalize for free. (Some exceptions may apply).
What we can personalize:
• Add Your Names (3-4 names)
Do you send proofs for me to see?
We do NOT send proofs, to avoid production delays.
In our experience, we have found that customers rather speed up the process and trust us with the proofs. If you MUST see a proof, we will try to accommodate the request, but it does cause delays.
If you are requesting personalization, please make sure to check all spellings of the names provided. We will print them the way it is provided.
No refunds or exchanges will be provided if there was an error in the names provided by the buyer. We always take care of errors if it was on our part.
*IMPORTANT:
From Dec 1- Dec 18 there is absolutely NO CANCELLATION allowed. We move very quickly with our orders during busy times, and cannot accept any cancellations or changes. During normal period, an order maybe canceled within 4 hours of placing an order.
I made an error with my order. Can you fix it?
Any error made, must be communicated immediately. We will try our best to work with you. However, we do work very quickly to get your order in queue, so we can't guarantee changes. if your order has been printed or shipped, we won't be able to accept returns.What is the Largest map size you carry?
Our largest FRAMED map is a grand 40X60 Inches and ships in a crate to get to you safe and sound. We are super proud of our minimal damage track record and super happy customers.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING:
• All Shipping within Domestic USA is Free (NO exceptions!)
• Most orders ship within 4-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING), depending on the order.
• Tracking is always provided to you the moment your order ships.
What is your processing and shipping time?
The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In general, 4-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING). Custom orders can take 3-5 days longer.
Estimated shipping times
• Domestic USA: 4-5 business days (PLUS SHIPPING)
We will do our best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the complexity of your custom order. These times vary during busy holiday seasons.
What Shipping Method do you use?
We use different Shipping carriers. USPS, UPS, FedEx, GLS and DHL are the most frequently used companies.

Thank you for supporting our small business! As a growing shop, we currently have a No Returns Policy in place, unless the order arrived damaged. We want to make sure you have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience, so here are a few important details:

Final Sale: All items are considered final sale. We hope you love what you ordered, but we cannot accept returns at this time.

Damaged Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 3 days of receiving your order. To help us resolve the issue quickly, we kindly ask that you provide photographic proof of the damage. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Where do your products ship from?
We have partnered with a few boutique framers across the country to help us with our production needs. Your products may ship from any of these locations in the west or east coast. We are 100% USA based and all products are proudly made in the USA.
Holiday deadlines
Please order between Dec 9 latest to have your order shipped on time to reach by Christmas. Orders placed after December 9 may still reach but we cannot guarantee it.
Although we try our best to meet deadlines, shipping issues are not in our control. In case your package gets delayed in transit, we cannot be responsible for it. We do try our best to replace lost packages but delays due to shipping carriers, is not in our control.
We do look at each case and will work with you closely to monitor rare shipping issues. Please remember, we are on your side and really work with our customers to make sure you are happy.
