WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We gladly accept returns on standard items within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered back to us.

  • Custom & Personalized Orders: Please note that custom, personalized, or modified orders are non-returnable and cannot be refunded since they are custom-made just for you.

  • Important: Please do NOT mail your item back to us before getting in touch first!

IF YOUR ORDER ARRIVES DAMAGED or INCORRECT:

If your item arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, we will gladly replace it or issue a full refund for free!

  • Please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

  • We require clear photographic proof of the damage or printing error to process your replacement.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

  • Refunds: Once your returned standard item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you. Your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Exchanges: We do not offer standard exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your standard original item for a refund and place a new order.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

  • Standard Policy: We accept cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. We move quickly to design and print your maps, so please get in touch as soon as possible. We cannot accept standard cancellations after 24 hours as production has already begun.

  • ⚡ Busy Holiday Seasons (Valentine's Day, Father's Day, Mother's Day, & Christmas): Because we must meet incredibly tight deadlines during major holidays, we move even faster. The cancellation window during these peak holiday times reduces to 4 hours only.
