What is your processing and shipping time?
The time we need to prepare an order varies. If you have not requested any changes or custom work, it typically takes 2–4 business days to process and ship orders (PLUS SHIPPING). Custom orders can take an additional 3–4 business days.

We do our absolute best to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time depends on carrier transit routes, seasonal holiday volume, and custom order complexity.
Please Note: We follow all carrier guidelines and are not responsible for unexpected delays outside of our control (such as extreme weather, natural disasters, or carrier backlog with FedEx, UPS, or USPS). We deeply appreciate your patience during these rare events!

Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes! We proudly ship to customers all across the world. International shipping takes longer than domestic shipping, making exact delivery dates difficult to guarantee. Please get in touch with us to calculate shipping costs to your address.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don't work out. We accept returns on standard items within 7 days of receiving your order.

Custom & Personalized Orders: Please note that custom, personalized, or modified orders are non-returnable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or if there was a printing/framing error on our part, we will gladly replace it for free!
How to initiate a return: Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) within 7 business days. Please email support@worldvibestudio.com with your name and order number to begin the process.
WHERE WE SHIP FROM
We have partnered with a select network of boutique framers across the country to meet our specialized production needs. Your products may ship from any of these professional labs on the East or West Coast. We are 100% USA-based, and all products are proudly made in the USA.
HOLIDAY DEADLINES
Please place your holiday orders by December 9th to ensure they are shipped in time to reach you by Christmas. Orders placed after December 9th may still arrive on time, but delivery cannot be guaranteed.
Although we try our absolute best to meet deadlines, transit issues are entirely out of our control. In the rare event that your package is delayed or lost in transit by the carrier, we will work with you closely to monitor and resolve the issue. Please remember—we are always on your side and we work tirelessly to make sure you love your final piece!
