- Custom Orders: Please note that custom orders are non-returnable. A preview of your custom item is sent to your inbox in 2-3 days, so we encourage you to review it carefully.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or if there was an error on our part, we will gladly replace it for free.
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will process your refund (minus the restocking fee) within 7 business days.
