PROOFS:
We do NOT send proofs, to avoid production delays. Please make sure to check all spellings of the names provided.
We will print them the way it is provided. The names will appear under the logo (See image for example).
No refunds or exchanges will be provided if there was an error in the names provided by the buyer. We always take care of errors if it was on our part.

Since we are an environmentally-conscious business, we do not hold inventory. Each of our products is custom printed per order so we do not accept returns for ANY REASON, unless it arrives damaged. We will then require proof with a photograph to see the damage. If there was an error on our part, we gladly refund or replace items for free.
Although we try our best to meet deadlines, production can get delayed and shipping issues are not in our control. In case your package gets delayed in transit, we cannot be responsible for it. We do try our best to replace lost packages but delays due to shipping carriers is not in our control.
