• Proofs will be emailed to you for approval, so you will see exactly how it will look when it prints.

Please note:  The Rustic frames are REAL salvaged barn wood made from fences and have the natural rustic elements intact in most of them. You can expect knots, splintering, nail holes and a distressed look in almost all of them...this is NOT a defect and this adds to the natural charm of this frame. Sometimes the color tones vary from brown wood to weathered natural brown gray. No two frames are alike. We work with the lot we get. We cannot accept returns for those variations. To assure you, this is our most popular frame and we have not had any complaints or returns.

All FRAMED MAPS ARE 2 Inches bigger approximately than the size noted. For example: 20X30 Inches Map, when framed is 24x34 Inches.

Since we are an environmentally-conscious business, we do not hold inventory. Each of our products is custom printed per order so we do not accept returns for ANY REASON, unless it arrives damaged. We will then require proof with a photograph to see the damage. If there was an error on our part, we gladly refund or replace items for free.


From Dec 1- Dec 18 there is absolutely NO CANCELLATION allowed. We move very quickly with our orders during busy times, and cannot accept any cancellations or changes. During normal periods, an order may be canceled within 4 hours of placing an order.

Please order by Dec 9. to have your order shipped on time to arrive by Christmas. Orders placed after December 9 may still reach but we cannot guarantee it.
